The project would investigate the interests, needs and problems of tourism operators and staff of eco-lodges and wildlife parks conducting or assisting in citizen science projects, and the needs and interests of volunteer tourists assisting them.
The project will identify and map the locations of individual koala food trees along the Tweed coast. Fine scale mapping of koala food trees will allow land managers to assess important areas for implementing management actions including fire planning.
